Point Quest, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a 1.0 FTE full-time role in Boulder, CO, starting September 2026.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement BIPs and provide direct behavioral support to K-12 students with a 35-hour work week. The position offers a stable school-year schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• School-based or ABA experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
