Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our Newton, NC team for a school-based role providing direct, one-on-one behavioral interventions to students with high needs. In-person candidates only, with a commitment to supportive, evidence-based practices.

We offer competitive pay up to $27/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, plus licensure/CEU reimbursement and mileage between sites.
