Ampersand Therapy in Newton, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician for a school-based BT position for the remainder of the current school year, with potential renewal. This is a full-time, in-person role dedicated to providing direct one-on-one behavioral interventions in a school setting.

The compensation ranges up to $27 per hour, with W-2 employment, liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) matching, licensure and CEU reimbursements, mileage between sites, and referral bonuses.
