Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated caregiver/therapist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and structured plans. Sessions may occur at homes, centers, or in community settings, requiring energy, empathy, and adaptability.

You will follow plans created by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins that lead to significant growth, thriving in a dynamic, on-the-go role with varied daily activities.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
