Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated professional to help children develop communication, social, and life skills through play-based strategies. You will visit homes, centers, and community sites, bringing energy and compassion to each session while following individualized plans by our clinical leaders.

The role offers a dynamic, on-the-go schedule where no two days are alike, and a commitment to complete training and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation to visit homes, centers, or community sites.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand, keeping pace with clients.
