Overview

Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support.
  • Teach communication skills, social skills, self‑help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Be goal‑oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Maintain active participation for the length of the entire session by engaging in play and keeping up with the energy of the child.
Requirements
  • Provide in‑home and community‑based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Availability Monday to Friday 3:00 P.M.–8:00 P.M. with a commitment of at least 9 hours per week.
  • Willingness to travel to and from client homes. Personal reliable vehicle required.
  • Willingness to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
  • Fun and energetic personality and ability to keep up with active children.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Minimum a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data and tech‑savvy.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background clearance.
  • Proof of a negative TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and immunities to MMR/Varicella‑Zoster Virus during onboarding, which we will pay for.
  • Reliable form of transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance.
  • Bilingualism is a plus; higher pay rate for bilingual individuals.

Compensation

$27.00 – $33.00 per hour

Schedule
  • Minimum commitment of at least 9 hours of availability during core service hours at least 3 days per week.
  • After school hours: Afternoons and evenings (3:00 P.M.–8:00 P.M. time block).
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends.
