At BAYADA Home Health Care, our clients come first and our employees are our greatest asset. We are looking for dedicated employees who have their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or are interested in our paid RBT training academy that will prepare you for certification. The RBT credential is a professional certification for paraprofessionals offered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Here at The BAYADA Centers for ABA Services, we require the RBT credential because we believe our clients deserve the highest quality of care and you deserve the highest level of training. Our RBT positions afford flexible hours working with children, ages 1-8 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, 1:1 in the home and community, as well on-site at The Pennsauken Center for ABA Services.
