Applied ABC in Middlesex County, MA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist for afternoon and evening cases. Typical hours are 2:30 PM–8:00 PM with several 3:00 PM–8:00 PM blocks and some weekend options. You will provide ABA-based support, follow treatment plans, and help clients build daily living and social skills.

Responsibilities include implementing interventions, documenting sessions, and communicating with families and the clinical team in a supportive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or RBT preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical guidance.
• Comfortable working with children or individuals with developmental needs.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon & Evening Cases

Middlesex County, MA

Location: Middlesex County, MA

Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings

Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PM

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases throughout Middlesex County, MA

Most available cases are Monday–Friday afternoon/evening, generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Schedules may include 3:00–6:00 PM, 3:30–6:30 PM, 3:30–7:30 PM, 4:00–7:00 PM, 4:00–8:00 PM, or similar afternoon schedules.

Some cases may offer weekend hours.

Exact schedules vary by case.
