Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases throughout Middlesex County, MA. This part-time role primarily covers Monday–Friday afternoons and evenings, with typical hours from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM and specific case schedules varying.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent in schedule and duties.
• Patient, compassionate and energetic when working with clients.
• Comfortable working directly with children and individuals with developmental needs.
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction.
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance.
• Implement activities and interventions as directed.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
• Complete required session documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
