Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured clinical setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs and deliver skill-building and behavior-reduction interventions.

You will accurately collect session data, maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethics, and collaborate with clinicians and families.

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), deliver skill-building and behavior-reduction interventions, and use evidence-based strategies to manage challenging behaviors.

Accurately collect, record, and document session data; maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethics. Collaborate closely with clinicians and families, participate in structured training and supervision, and follow required protocols to support consistent, effective treatment.
