The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, teach communication, social and daily living skills, and support skill acquisition.

Collaborating with families and clinical supervisors, you will ensure consistent, high-quality care with accurate data collection and clear session documentation throughout sessions.

Qualificações

• RBT certification required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Ability to implement treatment as designed.
• Comfort working with children with developmental needs.
• Strong documentation and data skills; effective communication with families and clinical teams.
