Work Location: North Houston Outpatient ClinicAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral needs? At Amenity Health Services, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and work 1:1 with patients in our outpatient clinics. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, contributing to the holistic care of our patients and helping them achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:1:1 Patient Care: Provide direct, individualized support to patients in the clinic setting, focusing on their specific behavioral and developmental needs.Collaborate with Therapists: Work alongside Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to address a variety of behavioral concerns and assist in delivering comprehensive care.Implement Treatment Plans: Under the direction of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), consistently execute treatment plans with fidelity, including areas such as toilet training, communication, social skills, and adaptive living skills.Data Collection: Accurately collect and maintain clinical data, including progress notes, using state-of-the-art data collection software to ensure the most up-to-date information.Consultation & Supervision: Review and implement recommendations from consultation and supervision notes to enhance treatment protocols and strategies.Ongoing Training & Development: Engage in regular training, evaluations, and meetings to continue your professional growth and maintain high standards of care.Parent Training & Support: Assist with parent training sessions and clinical assessments, providing guidance to caregivers to improve outcomes at home.Communication: Maintain effective and professional communication with the BCBA, colleagues, and families to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes.Certification Maintenance: Track and report supervision hours and renew your RBT certification annually in accordance with regulatory requirements.Ethical Practice: Adhere to the BACB Ethical Code and work with integrity to maintain the highest standards of care.HIPAA Compliance: Understand and follow HIPAA policies to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.Requirements:Active RBT certification required.Previous experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both with families and interdisciplinary team members.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.Why Amenity Health Services?At Amenity Health Services, we value our team members and provide an environment that supports growth, learning, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
