We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT at MedCare, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities by delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
• Must pass a background check
• Provide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings
