Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm)(FT/Entry Level) Houston

Join Blossom Center for Children as a Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm)(FT/Entry Level) Houston.

We offer full-time positions with a Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation ranges from $17.00/hr to $20.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, reinforcing therapeutic goals.
  • Work with children aged 2-10 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar needs.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability, ensuring readiness for each shift.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds and assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) as needed.
  • Travel between different job sites with reliable transportation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in ABA therapy with children, preferably in clinical or home settings.
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training modules and CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an in-clinic setting and lift up to 35 pounds.

Requirements
  • Experience with ABA client care and working with children with ASD.
  • Availability for full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Willingness to work in-clinic and travel between sites.
  • Reliable transportation and valid CPR/First Aid certification.
