Job summary

ivyhealth in Highland Park, IL, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician for a part-time schedule (2:30 pm - 6:30 pm). You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA.

You will support clinicians, help children and their families learn new skills, and communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients in a rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• RBT certification or plan to obtain certification through supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
