Job summary

Ivy Health in Michigan is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our ABA program under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions, and help families learn new skills through evidence-based therapies in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

You will collaborate with clinicians, families, and teammates to deliver compassionate care, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing workloads.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.

Responsibilities
