Job summary

Our Child Therapy in North Carolina seeks a passionate Behavior Technician to join our small team. You will work with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, implementing treatment plans, educating parents, and collecting data in school, home, or clinic settings.

This part-time, in-person role is based in Hendersonville, NC, with Monday through Friday 8:30am-2:30pm. You’ll collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director, receive on-the-job training, and benefit

Qualifications

• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children and families.

• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports.

Job Description:We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type:Part-Time
Salary:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

Work Location:In-Person / School Setting / In-Home - Hendersonville, NC

Responsibilities:

• Maintain training materials and supplies
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Experience with children and strong people skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided)
