Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Asheville, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with Autism by delivering ABA interventions in natural environments and collecting data for progress reporting.

You will collaborate with supervising staff, coordinate with program teams, and maintain high standards of care. A valid RBT certification or 40-hour course, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping clients are required; weekly pay and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40-hour course required.
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Pay: $22-$30 per hour.
