Job summary

Succeed ABA in Asheville, NC is seeking an empathetic ABA therapist to deliver applied behavior analysis interventions to children in natural settings. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, data-driven progress tracking, and a supportive team culture.

Requirements include RBT certification or 40-hour coursework, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate clearly with teammates and families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
