Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and participate in ongoing ABA training.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education. Weekday and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduate in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in home settings.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory BCBA and staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability to cover client cases.
• Collect and document therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
