Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting session data to guide progress.

You will participate in ongoing staff training, communicate regularly with supervisors, and work on both weekday and weekend schedules. The provider-network environment supports professional growth and access to exclusive training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
  • BA in related field or pursuing related education.
  • Ability to work in home-based settings and follow BCBA supervision.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
