Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in Fall River, MA. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate and benefits, including RBT exam fee coverage, free CEUs, and paid training.

You will work with a supportive clinical and administrative team, following BCBA guidance and maintaining HIPAA compliance to ensure quality care for each child.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold an RBT certification.
• Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and communicate progress to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
