Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team, working directly with children and families in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development, with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and room to grow within a collaborative environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
