Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Anderson, IN to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. You’ll implement treatment plans, collect data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, under BCBA supervision.

Flexible schedules, travel locally, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth are offered, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
