We’re hiring responsible, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians—be a catalyst for change in the lives of children with autism and other developmental differences.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, supporting daily living, social, and recreational skills
- Encourage independence both at home and in the community
- Monitor client safety and overall well-being
- Observe behavior patterns, follow prescribed strategies, and document accordingly
- Maintain accurate, confidential case notes, billing details, and reports for families and professionals
- Participate in 10–20% monthly supervision with a BCBA
- Submit your planned ABA service hours once assigned to a client schedule
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to client care (home and vehicle)
- Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy
- Take on other responsibilities as directed by leadership
What You’ll Need :
- High school diploma or transcripts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to client needs
- Physically able to walk, stand, kneel, crawl, squat, and sit on the floor throughout the workday
- Comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes each way to provide services
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Motivated to complete RBT certification within 90 days through our training program
