Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children and families. You will implement BCBA-guided plans, collect data, and communicate progress to the BCBA, while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following HIPAA standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
