Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism. You will implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, both at home and in our center in Naperville, IL. Training is provided and evenings may be required.

Join a collaborative pediatric team and contribute to data collection and progress reporting while supporting children as they acquire new skills and reach goals.

Qualifications

• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis
• Implement ABA programs under supervision of a BCBA

Responsibilities

• Collect, record and document data on client behavior and communicate progress to parents and team
• Work 1:1 with children in home and center settings
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
