Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and in-center services to children with autism. We provide customized training in ABA fundamentals, behavior understanding, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict resolution.

As a Behavior Technician, you implement one-to-one interventions in clients' homes under BCBA supervision, participate in ongoing staff training, and maintain regular communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work in homes with supervision by BCBA.

What We’re Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist’s role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
