Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician BT to work full-time in Missouri. You will deliver ABA therapy under supervision, building skills through play and connection while documenting progress. Training is provided for RBT certification, with a clear pathway toward BCBA leadership and career growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
• Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days

What we’re looking for:

• Full-time availability Monday-Friday, between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability - showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services - experience with children is a plus
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment - we'll prepare you
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
