Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician BT to join our center-based team. You will work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapies under BCBA supervision.
We provide paid training to become an RBT, strong clinical mentorship, and a path to leadership. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with benefits and a supportive culture focused on teamwork and ongoing growth.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They patiently bring the same positivity to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a kind of tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for that kid, it might be.
We call them teammates who change lives. And we don't need you to have experience to be one. We’ll teach you the skills. But if this sounds like it might be a fit, here's what walking through our door looks like.
You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means:
