Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work under Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), implement individualized behavior plans, and help clients acquire new skills in a clinical setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, an RBT certification, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or higher education preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
