Job summary

BL Companies is seeking a Registered Architect to lead multi-location project rollouts across the East Coast, with direct client engagement and the opportunity to manage an interdisciplinary team. The role involves overseeing design and technical aspects from planning through permitting and construction completion.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management or project architecture experience, supervisory capabilities, and a strong understanding of permitting requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 8+ years of project management or project architect experience focusing on multi-location rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive all technical and design aspects of project rollouts through completed sets of construction documents
• Manage building permitting processes in multiple jurisdictions
• Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of multiple disciplines from conception through completion
• Develop, manage, and monitor internal workplans to ensure successful completion of projects in multiple locations
• Monitor and report on project profitability and performance
• Participate in business development and contract negotiations
• Manage multiple staff and determine staffing needs and personnel
