We’re seeking a California-licensed Architect who lives in-state and is looking for a remote opportunity that offers both creative autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact through design.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and contribute to projects from concept through construction, with a focus on multifamily and senior living developments
• Collaborate remotely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to bring innovative design ideas to life
• Ensure all work complies with California building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and technical documents using AutoCAD & Revit
• Participate in client meetings and present design concepts clearly and confidently
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and purpose-driven design

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Architect in the state of California (Required)
• Resides in California (This is a strict requirement due to project location and jurisdiction)
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, ideally in multifamily and/or senior living sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• Strong understanding of California building codes and permitting processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fully remote, team-oriented environment
• Passion for creating spaces that improve lives and foster community
