Admire ABA in Elkton, Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The role supports BCBA-developed plans and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative team environment.

Part-time evening hours with flexible scheduling; will require local travel and reliable transportation. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior ABA experience; background check

Competenze

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability Evening client
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
