White Pine Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Supervisor/RN to join our Cottage Grove team. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 9-5) leads our care staff, ensures high-quality resident care, completes assessments, follows physician orders, and coordinates admissions with the Assisted Living Director.

You will mentor staff, maintain the clinical system, ensure survey readiness, and communicate with residents and families with compassion. Minnesota RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.
• Follow up to physician’s orders.
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
• Provide on-going training to staff.
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
