Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a motivated individual to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. This role emphasizes implementing ABA programs and collecting progress data to support meaningful skill development for children with autism.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, are 18+, and can complete background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Background check clearance may be required.
• Ability to work in home-based settings with flexibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and daily living needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
