Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Indiana offers part-time ABA support for children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes teaching functional skills and documenting progress to support developmental goals.

Applicants should hold an active RBT certification, be 18+, and have reliable transportation. Opportunities for supervision, mentorship, and advancement are available within a growing, multi-state company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
