Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Indiana is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home and community settings under supervision by a BCBA. Your day-to-day involves delivering ABA programs and tracking progress with families.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver's license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keindos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

In school for ABA?
