Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Indiana seeks dedicated individuals to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing programs, teaching functional skills, and documenting progress with families.

The role is part-time (15–20 hours/week) after school with scheduling flexibility. Active RBT certification and a high school diploma are required, along with reliable transportation and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keids to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
