Job summary

HealthCorps, Inc. is seeking a Regional Program Manager to lead community-wide wellness programs in the Charleston, WV area.

You will train near-peer mentors, oversee health initiatives, and build partnerships with schools and universities to promote teen health and wellbeing. The role requires 3+ years in program management (or 5–7 years in related fields), a Bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of program management experience or 5–7 years in health/education/service programs.
• Experience mentoring or supervising teens/university students/staff.
• Experience in an education system and managing multiple priorities.
• Established professional network in Atlantic City related to health/education.

Responsibilities

• Train, deploy, and supervise near-peer mentors for HealthCorps programming.
• Oversee health-promoting initiatives and regional events and health fairs.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, and community partners.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and supervise 15+ mentors for in-school delivery.
• Assess community health needs and measure impact with reporting.
• Travel within Charleston, WV area and manage program budget.
