Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and three years of experience in educational program management with diverse populations.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to complete a State of Kansas background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across foster care facilities, schools, and community organizations.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports; supervise regional staff and volunteers.
• Provide college access workshops, track student progress, and coordinate travel across counties.
