Job summary

WoundGen seeks a Clinical Regional Director to oversee clinical operations across a region, ensuring wound care and regenerative treatment meet high standards. You will lead regional clinical teams, drive quality and compliance, and partner with leadership to expand services.

The role requires NP licensure with a nursing master’s degree, 5+ years in wound care, and 2+ years in leadership, plus strong regulatory and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nurse Practitioner license.
• Master’s degree or greater in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in wound care or related specialty.
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., NetHealth).
• Experience with regenerative medicine or advanced wound care therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support regional clinical teams across multiple sites.
• Implement and monitor wound care and regenerative protocols per standards.
• Oversee quality of care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular chart reviews and outcome assessments for CQI.
• Manage daily clinical operations and regional staffing.
• Collaborate with admin teams to ensure workflow efficiency and resources.
• Partner with senior leaders to expand clinical services and access.
