Job summary
WoundGen in Chicago, IL, seeks a Clinical Regional Director to oversee clinical operations across the region and ensure the highest standards of wound care and regenerative treatment. You will mentor Providers and Wound Technicians, implement evidence-based protocols, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with leadership to expand regenerative therapies while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
This full-time role requires NP license, a Master’s in Nursing, 5+ years in wound care, and 2+ years in leadership,
Qualifications
- Current, active Nurse Practitioner license.
- Master's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical wound care experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership/management experience in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in clinical operations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional multidisciplinary clinical teams across sites.
- Implement and monitor wound care and regenerative treatment protocols with adherence to standards.
- Oversee quality of care and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct chart reviews, audits, and outcomes assessments for excellence.
