Job summary

Assurity seeks a Worksite Regional Vice President to lead regional sales in the Lincoln area and surrounding territories. The role focuses on growing new business premium and case counts, recruiting and developing distribution relationships, and managing a network of brokers in the 25-500 life employer market.

Under supervision of the VP of Worksite Sales, you will collaborate cross-functionally, train partners, deliver forecasts, maintain CRM records, and monitor retention trends while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• Life and health insurance license preferred.
• Four to eight years of experience in a carrier representative position with a worksite focused carrier.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet new business premium and case count targets.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a network of distribution relationships, focused on classic worksite brokers, and small employee benefits brokers in the 25-500 life employer market.
• Work collaboratively with internal regional wholesaler to deliver exceptional service.
• Engage regularly with distribution and serve as primary Company contact for top-producing agencies/brokers.
• Deliver product training to distribution partners and advise on enrollment methods, positioning, and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and deliver regular sales forecasts and regional performance reports.
• Monitor persistency/lapse trends and develop retention action plans as needed.
• Regular travel (30-50%) and residence in assigned territory with remote work and occasional home office visits.
