Job summary

State of Georgia in Savannah seeks a Regional Coordinator to support local business recruitment and workforce development initiatives. You will develop talent pipelines and collaborate with agencies to promote WorkSource Georgia services and regional economic growth.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and regional engagement, with a preference for knowledge of workforce programs and partner collaboration. Day shift; relocation may be required at personal expense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related work experience OR an Associate’s degree and four years of related work experience.
• Experience with WorkSource Georgia or workforce development programs is preferred.
• Experience delivering presentations to groups and working with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of WorkSource Georgia services and Regional labor market information.
• Build relationships with local business and industry partners, economic development organizations, and government partners.
• Lead point of contact for high-demand industry recruitment needs in the region.
• Promote WorkSource Georgia services and attract new business clients.
• Coordinate services across TCSG and the Office of Workforce Development.
