Job summary

Raucy in the United States is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Senior Analyst to lead a regional program for a major aviation client. You will own strategy, execution, and performance across the claims lifecycle, partnering with Risk Management, insurers, and TPAs to drive cost efficiency and service excellence.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership abilities, with experience managing complex multi-state portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional designations strongly preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Minimum two (2) years leading lost-time adjusters or claims teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the regional workers’ compensation program strategy, execution, and performance results.
• Oversee day-to-day regional claims activity ensuring regulatory compliance, reserve accuracy, and service excellence.
• Serve as primary escalation leader for complex, high-exposure claims matters.
• Partner with Risk Management, carriers, and TPAs to align program outcomes with organizational priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for TPAs and carriers.
• Drive governance, reporting rigor, and continuous improvement across the program.
