Job summary

Rexel France is seeking a Regional Wire Center Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Douglasville, GA. This pivotal role involves logistics, safety, and resource management while driving performance improvements.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience along with strong skills in purchasing and negotiation. Exceptional communication abilities are a must, as well as proficiency in ERP/WMS systems. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with electrical distribution or wire/cable experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience preferred.
• Wire center management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple wire center locations.
• Develop and manage operational and administrative budgets.
• Implement business strategies established by senior leadership.

Skills

Understanding of purchasing and general negotiation

Understanding of wire and cable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced understanding of distribution center functions

Project management

Education
