Job summary

Wilson Daniels LLC, established in 1978, seeks a Regional Manager to drive profitable sales across multistate markets. You will develop key distributor and retailer partnerships, execute strategies, and grow brand positions while managing pricing, programs, and training initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a track record in luxury wines, at least 3 years in sales management, and a BS or equivalent experience with CSW as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Experience selling domestic and international fine and luxury wines; CSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with decision makers and create a business plan to reach them.
• Establish relationships with key accounts and distributors in the territory.
• Ensure execution of sales strategies and revenue goals with distributors and retailers.
