Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a WHS Manager to lead a comprehensive workplace health and safety program across North America. You'll drive risk assessments, data-driven safety solutions, and a culture of continuous improvement, partnering with Operations to embed safety in daily work.

You will build and mentor a high-performing WHS team and lead critical incident investigations. The role requires 50-70% travel, long hours in dynamic environments, and strong communication with site leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program across sites with data-driven risk reduction.
• Oversee incident management and investigations and drive safety improvements.
• Partner with Operations leaders to weave safety into daily operations.
• Travel 50-70% of the time and lead a high-performing WHS team.
• Coordinate site safety audits, training, and stakeholder relations.
