Job summary

Thrive Global is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to lead and coordinate regional wellbeing initiatives across a multi-country Middle East and Africa region. You will partner with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to drive program goals, aligning Thrive and Microsoft strategies in a data-driven, scalable approach.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, stakeholder discovery, logistics, content coordination, and post-event impact reporting across UTC+2 to +4.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination/management, wellbeing, HR, Customer Success, or related field.
• Strong project and event management skills for end-to-end initiatives.
• Experience operating in a co-delivery or partnership model.
• International experience across regions or in a virtual environment.
• Based in or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4 with familiarity with the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Set regional wellbeing programming direction and own execution end-to-end.
• Lead regional strategy and planning aligning with Microsoft priorities and Thrive strategy.
• Balance regional needs with global consistency and tailor programming to local context.
• Serve as the primary regional contact for Microsoft stakeholders.
• Own regional program delivery from intake to readiness and follow-up.
• Track engagement, impact and risk indicators using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Report progress and insights to leadership and flag risks early.
• Navigate multi-country regional logistics across time zones and contexts.
